ArrowFlip ("we", "our", "the app") is a mobile puzzle game available on the Apple App Store. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2.1 Data You Provide

• Apple ID / Sign In with Apple: If you choose to sign in, we receive only your anonymized Apple User Identifier. We never receive your real name or email unless you explicitly share it.

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

• CloudKit (iCloud): Level progress, completed levels, and difficulty settings are stored in your personal iCloud container. This data is tied to your Apple ID and is never accessible to us.
• Game Progress (Local): When not signed in, progress is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use third-party analytics (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel).
• We do not sell your data to any third party.

3. Advertising

ArrowFlip may display ads powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (IDFA) for ad personalization, subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent on iOS 14+.

4. In-App Purchases

ArrowFlip offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., Remove Ads) processed entirely by Apple. We do not store any payment information.

ArrowFlip does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ on the App Store and contains no features that require personal data from children.

6. Data Storage & Security

• Local data is stored on-device via UserDefaults.
• Cloud data is stored in Apple's CloudKit infrastructure, protected by Apple's security standards.
• We do not operate our own servers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your data (use Settings → Delete Account in the app)
• Opt out of personalized advertising (use iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ArrowFlip ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ArrowFlip for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. User Accounts

• Sign In with Apple is optional. You may play without an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases

• Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• "Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase that removes advertisements permanently for that Apple ID.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use cheats, bots, or exploits to manipulate game progress
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' CloudKit data
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content in ArrowFlip — including graphics, game design, sounds, and code — is owned by OnurNN and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ArrowFlip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnurNN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
