Terms of Service – ArrowFlip

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ArrowFlip ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ArrowFlip for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. User Accounts

Sign In with Apple is optional. You may play without an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase that removes advertisements permanently for that Apple ID.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
Use cheats, bots, or exploits to manipulate game progress
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' CloudKit data
Use the app for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content in ArrowFlip — including graphics, game design, sounds, and code — is owned by OnurNN and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ArrowFlip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnurNN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
